Dr. Isaac Thomas is a renowned Career Expert and Career Counsellor with over 21 years of experience in transforming lives. He holds a Ph.D. in Career Decision Making from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala. He is a Certified Career Mentor and Professional Counsellor, with an MPhil in Development Studies, UGC-NET qualification, and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, making him one of the few mentors who combines academic research with grassroots practice.  

He also brings 2 years of international work experience in New Zealand, adding global exposure to his career mentoring and counselling approach.

He has conducted training programs across 25 states in India and has served as a Family Court Counsellor, Lecturer in Social Work, and Placement Officer. His unique “HUG” philosophy (Hope, Uniqueness, Growth) has helped thousands of students and professionals discover their true calling.

Over the years, he has mentored more than 2,000 students in India and the Gulf countries, with over 300 students personally guided through direct mentoring sessions. He has also conducted career guidance and training programs in 488 schools across India.
